1. How do I know my nail size?

We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit. The kit includes nails in all sizes, so you can try them on at home and record your measurements.

2. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! You can place a custom request through our Custom Order Page and email your inspiration photo to pressdtnails@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the subject line of the email.

3. What comes with each press-on nail set?

  • 10 hand-painted nails
  • Nail glue or adhesive tabs
  • Mini nail file
  • Cuticle pusher
  • Application and removal instructions

4. How long do the nails last?

With proper application and care:

  • Glue: 1–2 weeks
  • Adhesive tabs: 1–3 days (reusable)

Longevity depends on your nail prep and daily activities.

5. Can I reuse the nails?

Yes! If removed gently and properly, your press-on nails can be reused multiple times. Make sure to clean off old glue and store them in the original box.

6. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on custom design complexity)
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure to order a sizing kit before placing a custom order.

8. Are orders refundable or changeable after purchase?

All orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!
